SiteWalk is a field documentation app for iPhone. Operators walk a site, mark issues, capture evidence, and receive a Field Brief summarizing the walkthrough.

Troubleshooting
Camera or microphone
SiteWalk needs camera and microphone access to record walkthroughs. Open Settings → SiteWalk and allow both permissions, then relaunch the app.
Upload requires internet
Uploading your walkthrough and generating a Field Brief requires an active internet connection. Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data and try again.
Field Brief timing
After you stop a walkthrough, processing usually takes about a minute. Wait for Field brief ready on the review screen before opening the brief.
Upload failed
If upload fails, tap Retry upload when available. If the problem continues, contact us at support@skyprairie.io with a short description of what happened.
Privacy and data deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your use of SiteWalk, email support@skyprairie.io. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is used.
